Locate your order confirmation and call us at 802-476-8188 to determine whether your tickets are valid.
If you discover that your tickets are invalid, reach out to your credit card company immediately and contest the charge.
Call the Vermont Consumer Assistance Program at 800-649-2424, and report your experience with third-party and fraudulent ticket resellers. Vermont Performing Arts Centers are working with the office of the State Attorney General to try to control this growing problem, and reports from fraud victims advance our efforts.
