Business and Corporate Support


Ways in which you can support your local theater:

Corporate Banner Members make an annual donation of $2,000 or more. Donations are used for operating support, including salaries for our small three-member staff and annual maintenance and utility costs. Corporate Banner Members are acknowledged with a 3’x 6’ banner, hanging in our main entrance and featuring their logo in color. Participants are listed in our program book, seen by 3,500 Celebration Series attendees each year and the BOH creates links between our own and Corporate Members’ websites.

Business Banner Members make an annual donation of $350-$1,999. As with the Corporate Banner Members above, these funds are used for operating support. Banner Members are acknowledged with a 16”x 3’ banner, featuring their logo hung in our Grand Stairway. New Business Banner Members will be recognized in our annual program book and acknowledged on our website.

Celebration Series Sponsors The Celebration Series is Central Vermont’s premiere performing arts series and has been a cornerstone of the BOH season for more than 30 years. World class artists bring music, theater and dance from the four corners of the globe to central Vermont. Show sponsorships range from $1,500-$4,500 and offer a variety of benefits including complimentary tickets, advertising in the program book, all print, web and radio advertising, and opportunities for on-site lobby displays on the night of your sponsored performance.

“BOH Presents” Sponsor This series has existed for the past four years and consists of shows added on as the season progresses. Depending on the performance, sponsorships usually fall within the $750 to $1,000 range and benefits include complimentary tickets, acknowledgment in all print, web and radio advertising, and opportunities for on-site lobby displays on the night of your sponsored performance.

Advertise in the Celebration Series Program Book. Our program book is distributed at every Celebration Series event, seen by several thousand people each season. Ads range from $250 to $675 depending upon size and location.

Purchase a table at our annual Gala. This fabulous event, one of the best parties in central Vermont for over three decades, is the Opera House’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The Gala is traditionally the third weekend in October and features a theme, live dance music and other entertainment and a silent auction.  

Make a donation to our Capital Campaign. We’ll be launching a capital campaign in the next year that will help to fund several major facilities projects, including painting of the theater (for the first time since 1982), installation of a modern rigging system The new lights are safer and more energy efficient and will save the Opera House hundreds of dollars a year in electricity costs.
